Stacked Strength is an online 16 week 1-on-1 coaching program that includes personalized strength training workouts in an app to track progress, personalized nutrition coaching, form checks, a second app (Girl Gang Headquarters) that houses our community discussion boards, nutrition guides, videos, courses, and more. You will also receive weekly video check ins, a mid-program Zoom coaching call, and an end of program celebration Zoom call.
There are 2 options for payment. You can pay for the entire 16 weeks in full or you can pay bi-weekly (8 total payments).
There are no refunds available. It is up to you to put the effort forth to get the most out of this program. This is an investment in your health and wellness. Each week, you will learn to build upon the week before so it is on you to achieve your weekly goals so that you can move forward in the program.

The strength and muscle we build in our 20s and 30s is the strength and muscle that's going to help us keep going on adventures, vacations, and playing with our pets and grandkids when we're 70.
